Looking for a good quality scan of an old log book, British-style vehicle (car or motorcycle).?

I want to produce a birthday card in the style of a log book for vintage bike enthusiast and need a good quality scan, ideally, 1950 or a 1960 UK vehicle registration "log book" that I can customize Photoshop. Can not find anything on the web I was wondering if someone here could help directly or suggest. Thank you.
