Convert crochet pattern to real life? Is it possible?

I found the perfect wedding dress but it is a barbie doll crochet pattern. I was wondering if it is possible to convert that to create a satin & lace life size wedding dress looking like the barbie doll one

I think if you find the right seamstress, why not? Take a picture of the dress to some dress makers & get quotes & ideas from them on how they could translate it into a dress for you.
